Pay Rate: £19 - £20 per hour (dependent on experience)

- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 11:30am
About the Role:
Excel Industrial is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to lead a small team on our client’s busy site in Doncaster. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with experience in mobile plant operations and team leadership in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small team on the production line
- Operate a range of mobile plant machinery including FLT, telehandler, and shovel
- Monitor production quality with a keen eye for detail
- Accurately report production data and maintain relevant documentation
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently, using strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating mobile plant equipment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and team management skills
