We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a highly reputable company within the automotive sector. This is a temporary contract, initially for 4-weeks with the potential to extend. In order to be considered for this post, you must have experience in a similar position within the automotive industry. The hours of work are 08:00 18:00 (Monday to Friday) and the rate on offer is 13.00 - 15.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing excellent levels of customer care and clear communication
- Liaising closely with workshop staff regarding progress of work
- Raising repair orders in-line with guidelines
- Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding ongoing repairs
- Maintaining up to date and detailed notes/records via the CRM system
