The Role
As an Operations Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and contractors across the UK. You’ll coordinate bookings, communicate with engineers and technicians, manage operational updates and ensure our clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is a fast-paced role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client requirements and operational bookings.
- Contact and coordinate contractors and technicians for assignments.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and contractors.
- Monitor live bookings and ensure all parties have the information they need.
- Update operational systems as required.
