The successful candidate will lead operational activities, supervise production personnel, ensure safety and quality standards are maintained, and support the efficient running of site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support production personnel during shift operations
- Ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Complete production records and operational reports
- Coordinate activities with operational, maintenance and management teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures
- Promote safe systems of work and appropriate use of PPE
- Support staff development, training and performance management
- Assist with workforce planning and shift coordination
- Report operational issues, incidents and improvement opportunities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the workplace
