Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity available to work at our client’s site in the Glasgow area on a contractual basis.
- £20 per hour
- Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00 (1 hour break)
- Weekly pay
- Immediate start available
Responsibilities:
- Arranging and booking your customers' vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
- Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with belief and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.
- Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
- Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.
