Job Title: Day Shift Supervisor

Location: Doncaster

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day (Day Shift)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the RoleWe are recruiting for a hands‐on Day Shift Supervisor to join a busy industrial processing facility in Doncaster. You will oversee daily operations, support the site team, and ensure production targets and safe working practices are maintained throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of operatives and machinery operators

Manage daily workflow and production targets

Maintain strict health & safety standards on‐site

Carry out shift handovers and toolbox talks

Complete basic reporting and operational paperwork

Communicate with senior management regarding staffing and performance

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a supervisory or team‐leading role (industrial, manufacturing, waste, aggregates, logistics, or similar environments considered)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good understanding of safe working practices

Ability to work in a fast‐paced, manual environment

Proactive and organised approach to managing people and workloads

Desirable

Experience in heavy plant or industrial settings beneficial

FLT or plant licences advantageous (not essential)
