We are currently seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Doncaster. This role is essential in supporting the efficient coordination and administration of a commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring all records and compliance requirements are accurately maintained.
Working as part of a wider team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure fleet-related processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update internal fleet management systems
- Generate and circulate vehicle reports and data as required
- Keep accurate and organised records for each vehicle, including historical documentation
- Carry out general administrative duties such as filing and document control
- Respond to incoming calls and queries in a professional manner
- Provide additional administrative support to the fleet team when required
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment
- Experience within transport, fleet, or logistics is desirable but not essential
- Understanding of vehicle compliance or transport regulations would be beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
- Confident handling telephone enquiries
- Hourly rate of £12.71
- Full-time, Monday to Friday working pattern
