We are currently recruiting for an experienced Day Shift Supervisor to join an existing team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations during the day shift and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day site operations
- Leading and supporting site operatives
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Operating plant machinery when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Experience operating 360 excavators
- Experience operating a loading shovel
- Strong knowledge of health & safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a team
