CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER – THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for a Tech / Tester to work at our client’s workshop on an ongoing contractual basis. You will be responsible for carrying out MOT Tests alongside service and repair work on a wide range of motor vehicles. The contract is outside IR35 and the rate on offer is £24.00 per hour.
CONTRACT VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER – SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You must hold a valid MOT License.
- Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or similar in the relevant disciplines.
- Experience carrying out repair and service work to a variety of vehicles.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of mechanical & electrical vehicle faults.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in the workshop.
- UK Driving License and possess your own tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a productive team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
