Workshop Operatives - Immediate StartLocation: Coalville, LeicestershirePay Rate: £13.00 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pmPayment: WeeklyDuration: OngoingThe RoleDue to an increase in workload, we are currently recruiting Workshop Operatives to join a busy workshop team in Coalville.We are looking for reliable, hands-on individuals with previous workshop experience to assist with inventory checks, stock picking, counting and general shopfloor duties.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking ongoing temporary work with regular weekday hours and weekly pay.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out inventory checks, stock picking and counting.Assisting with stock control and maintaining accurate inventory records.Supporting daily workshop and shopfloor operations.Ensuring stock and materials are organised and accounted for.Using basic IT systems to update stock records where required.Working as part of a team to support increased workload.RequirementsPrevious workshop experience is essential.Experience in inventory checks, picking and stock counting.A full, valid driving licence is required.Basic IT skills are preferred but not essential.Good attention to detail and accuracy.A reliable, hardworking and flexible approach.Availability for an immediate start.Working HoursMonday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm.Breaks include a 15-minute morning break and a 30-minute lunch break.Pay and Benefits£13.00 per hour.Weekly payments.Ongoing work.Monday to Friday working pattern
