Excel Recruitment are seeking experienced Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters for some ongoing temporary assignments with our client, a school in Downpatrick. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a work-life balance as the shifts cover Monday - Friday daytime hours, of 8.30am-2.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and serving
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, surfaces, and utensils
- Wash dishes and maintain a tidy kitchen area
- Help with stock control and deliveries
- Support the kitchen team in all day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment
- Must complete an Access NI check with Excel Recruitment
