Store Manager – Belfast We are looking for an energetic and passionate Store Manager to join a well-loved premium Irish brand at its Belfast location. Renowned for its varied fashion collections, artisan homewares, and amazing food offerings, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities as General Store Manager:
Provide leadership and day-to-day management across non-food retail, food retail, and concession operations.
Drive store revenue, manage budgets and profitability, and ensure commercial targets are consistently met.
Lead, mentor, and develop store management and team members to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance store performance and drive cost efficiencies.
Ensure excellence across store standards, customer service and engagement

Key Skills & Experience of this General Manager / Store Manager role
~5 years + management experience of premium retail, hospitality, home, food etc
~ Proven ability to manage P&L, set budgets, and achieve revenue targets.
~ Experience leading diverse teams with strong delegation, coaching, and motivation skills.
