Excel Recruitment is looking for an experienced Catering team Supervisor for our client’s site in the Omagh area, on a permanent basis with a fantastic Monday to Friday schedule of mainly daytime shifts. This role will involve you managing a small team in a café and catering site, both front & back of house, working 32.50 hrs per week during term time.
Catering Supervisor Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering or food service environment at Supervisor level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
- Passionate about delivering excellent service
Supervisor Duties:
- Supervising and supporting catering staff during service
- Ensuring food is prepared and served to a high standard
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Managing stock levels and placing orders when required
- Training and motivating team members
- Liaising with management to ensure smooth daily operations
