Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Spa Therapist to join our client's luxury spa destination in Enniskillen. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, customer-focused team within a high-end spa environment.
Full or Part-Time position available.
This Job offers:
- Working five days out of seven
- Working hours 10:00am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring all clients receive high-quality spa treatments
- Providing spa therapies as listed in the spa brochure
- Building a strong rapport with clients
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa
- Supporting and assisting with therapist training
- Ensuring the spa team has the confidence, knowledge, and expertise to help maximise sales and achieve targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a spa therapy environment
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- A professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
