Excel Recruitment are seeking an exceptional Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary operation of our client's luxury hotel in Enniskillen. This is a senior leadership role for an ambitious, creative chef with a proven background in high-end hospitality and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen to the highest standards.
The Role
