The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service. Working closely with senior hotel management, you will play a key role in developing innovative menus, controlling costs, and leading a talented kitchen brigade to achieve both guest satisfaction and commercial success. Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef within a quality hotel, resort, or high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing food and labour costs.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation, and kitchen compliance requirements.
