This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing, social care, or youth support professional to step into a leadership role where you can positively influence outcomes and help shape a high-quality supported accommodation service.

Working alongside the Service Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to helping vulnerable young people develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to thrive independently.

  • Key Duties
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day housing operations, safeguarding, compliance, and support planning.
  • Manage staff rotas, performance, training, and professional development activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, stakeholders, and support networks.
  • Monitor service quality, records, budgets, and performance targets to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting young people in housing, social care, or a similar environment, or a relevant degree with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable young people and those transitioning to independent living.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use.
  • Eligible for registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).
