The Job:
As the Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be a natural at picking up the phone, making outbound calls in a fast‑paced, client‑focused role where you’ll build and grow strong B2B relationships across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You’ll take charge of your own portfolio, carrying out regular account reviews to uncover needs, spot opportunities and drive real growth. Every day brings fresh energy as you connect with clients through proactive outbound calls, showcasing a powerful suite of mobility solutions — from Fuel Cards and Telematics to Toll Services, Ferry Bookings, VAT Reclaim and Breakdown Assistance. You’ll upsell, cross‑sell and overcome objections with confidence, consistently hitting sales and retention targets. Guide new customers through onboarding, deliver training, and provide ongoing support that keeps them engaged and performing. With a sharp eye on account activity and trends, you’ll identify risks and opportunities early.
The Person:
- Previous experience in outbound sales.
- Ability to deal professionally and confidently with clients, building rapport and an ability to close deals over the phone.
- Target driven, passionate and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
- Excellent organisational ability and clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite and working with CRM systems.
