Overview
Excel Recruitment are seeking experienced Catering Assistants to work within our client\’s site, a prestigious grammar school in the Downpatrick area.
This is ongoing temporary work that we expect to carry on well into 2026, working Monday to Friday 8.30am-2.30pm weekly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and serving
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, surfaces, and utensils
- Wash dishes and maintain a tidy kitchen area
- Help with stock control and deliveries
- Support the kitchen team in all day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment
- Must complete an Access NI check with Excel Recruitment
- Availability for Monday to Friday 8.30-2.30pm shifts
