The Role: As a Contact Centre agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance and support across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. Where applicable meeting any sales targets. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and meeting all KPI's. Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Striving to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. The Person: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
