Production Operator Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operator on behalf of our client in Ballynahinch. Responsibilities As a Production Operator, your duties will include: Working across different stages of the production process Preparing components for production PCB assembly Cable assembly Mechanical assembly Panel building Cabinet integration and wiring Full product builds Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices Maintaining consistently high standards of quality and accuracy Working effectively as part of a busy and collaborative production team Requirements Production or manufacturing experience Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality A reliable, hardworking and positive approach The ability to follow instructions and work to high-quality standards Flexibility and a willingness to learn new production processes and develop your skills The ability to work well independently and as part of a team If you have practical hands-on skills and the right attitude, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
