The Client: For over 45 years, our client has grown to become one of the UK’s leading precast concrete manufacturers, delivering high quality precast solutions to agricultural, building and civil engineering industries across Northern Ireland and beyond.

The Job: The IT Service Analyst will:

  • Help drive the next stages of an ERP system rollout and make a real impact on how the factory operates.
  • Play a key part in shaping how things work on the shop floor, improving efficiency, and modernizing operations.
  • Successfully implement Factory Track, a system designed to streamline shop floor operations, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Lead efforts to modernise factory processes, improve access to key data, and boost overall efficiency in daily operations.

The Person:

  • Proficient IT skills, with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to understand databases and software structures logically.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent training and communication capabilities.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and professionalism when working with internal teams.
  • Commitment to contributing to the ongoing success of the company.
  • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • General knowledge of ERP systems and their functionality (Desirable).
  • Understanding of SQL coding and database queries (Desirable).
