The Job: The Accounts Receivable Specialist will:
- Work closely with Credit Control and Payroll and have responsibility for processing payments, maintaining customer records, along with sorting out any payment issues that arise.
- Help with administrative credit control and payroll tasks, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
- Manage cash flow effectively and support the overall success of the business.

The Person:
- Solid experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payroll processing (weekly and monthly).
- Experienced in working with credit insurance and communicating with external partners such as Banks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Syteline.
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Organised and capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
