Excel Recruitment is looking to add to our team of Chefs of all levels who are available for work in Dungannon and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for those Chefs who want to work on a temporary basis in various areas & businesses offering great flexibility and career opportunities. Many of these shifts will be Monday- Friday daytime shifts, providing a great work-life balance.
Chef Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience preparing and cooking in a busy kitchen environment
- HACCP & Manual Handling cert (Excel can supply this if needed)
- Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
- Knowledge of all food safety guidelines
- Good level of spoken & written English
Chef Responsibilities
- Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chef's instructions
- Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
- Always cook food to the highest standard
- Follow your supervisor's instructions
- Consistently keep yourself and your work area in the kitchen clean
- Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
