Excel Primary Care is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join the team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). You will deliver safe, effective nursing care to the whole practice population, working with GPs, PAs, Paramedics, Pharmacists and the nursing team to meet priorities.
The role focuses on long-term condition management, health promotion, immunisations and travel vaccines, with essential COPD, asthma, diabetes, hypertension and cervical cytology knowledge.
