The predicted salary is between 25500 - 27500 £ per year.

  • Building effective customer and client relationships.

  • Supporting staff recruitment, on boarding, training and appraisals, where necessary.

  • Overseeing security and cleaning related activities for all sites.

  • Managing workloads and working arrangements, rotas, annual leave and absence cover.

  • Resolving staff concerns in a constructive manner.

  • Cash handling and stock ordering.

  • Participation in ‘one-off’ promotions and events on site.

  • Dealing with complex customer enquiries and complaints.

  • Promoting positive staff communications to achieve high standards.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the staff in the area, along with the client and/or their representatives.

  • Maintaining all Company procedures and ensure statutory and industry best practice standards are met or exceeded.

  • Supporting all Health & Safety regulations on site, You will work 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

We will provide full on-site and product training. A full CLEAN MANUAL UK driver’s license is required.

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, * Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • A positive attitude, with ‘can-do’ approach;

  • Customer focused with first class client management skills;

  • Professional manner, with a high standard of personal conduct;

  • Previous experience of managing or supervising a small team;

  • Computer literacy – essential;

  • Ability to work to timescales while adapting quickly to changes and revised priorities;

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;

  • Experience in the sector, including Pay on Foot Entry/Exit Systems – preferred.
