We’re looking for a Rigging Coordinator to join our team on a 12–14 month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume events environment, supporting the delivery of rigging services across exhibitions, live events, and immersive experiences.
About the role
- You’ll play a key role in supporting the rigging function, acting as a central point of contact for enquiries, managing quotes, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Managing the rigging inbox and responding to customer enquiries.
- Preparing quotes and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Supporting the team with administration (POs, supplier queries, invoicing).
- Building strong relationships with organisers, exhibitors, and suppliers.
- Delivering excellent customer service across phone, email, and live chat.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
- Has experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
- Is confident using databases and Microsoft Office.
