As the official catering partner for The Scottish Event Campus (SEC), SEC Food by Levy are excited to be expanding our exceptional team. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our Live Entertainment team on a casual and flexible basis. Levy is the vibrant and exciting sector of Compass Group, the world's largest catering company. We work at some of the greatest venues in the world, delivering legendary experiences in food, drink, and hospitality.

JOB SUMMARYAssisting with all daily operations of the Live Entertainment team in the SEC and Hydro. To provide exceptional service to our customers and the SEC client. Drive foodservice and support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements and expectations. Demonstrate commercial value to your leadership teams, in line with the One Compass vision, values and overall business strategy.
Person Specification- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to restaurant or bar environments.
