Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and capable of handling various situations due to the nature of our clients. Previous experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, effective communication with clients in a focused, solution-based manner is important. We welcome applications from those with lived experience.
The successful applicant will collaborate with statutory agencies to reduce risks related to homelessness, health issues, offending, and harm to the community. Our clients are based in Liverpool, Sefton, and Wirral areas.
The role involves working 25 hours per week, with shifts potentially between 9pm and 9:30am. Hours may include weekends, weekdays, and nights, to meet client needs and support a psychologically informed approach.
Employment is contingent upon an enhanced DBS check, two suitable references, and verification of the right to work in the UK. Applicants with criminal convictions will still be considered after a satisfactory risk assessment.
