Responsibilities
- Overseeing the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant support services.
- Guiding and developing staff, maintaining high standards of practice.
- Ensuring that individuals within the criminal justice pathway are supported to achieve positive outcomes and move towards independence.
- Undertaking on‑call manager responsibilities as part of a rotational schedule.
