Excel Housing Solutions are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our busy maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks across various properties, including repairs, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance.

Duties may involve plumbing, electrical work, painting, decorating, and grounds upkeep to ensure that all facilities are kept in excellent condition.

This role will require a proactive approach to identifying issues, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role will require travelling and working across various locations.

  • Applicants must have a full driving licence; transport and equipment will be provided; however, you may be asked to use your own vehicle from time to time.
  • Experience working in a similar role is essential.
