We are looking for a Lead Multi-skilled Engineer to nurture the relationship with the client, and ensure all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
The site is newly refurbished and as other areas open up we will look to recruit a team beneath you.
For example somoeone of the opposite bias once you are up and running.
The position is a site-based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical and HVAC maintenance along with electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/fire alarm testing and so on.
Electrical knowledge is not essential as our client has a team of mobile elctrical engineers who can cover this part of the site whilst we look to recruit a 2nd man after this particular vacnacy is filled.
Brand new 5 year contract.
