JOB INFORMATION

  • Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plant room maintenance.
  • You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules and meeting set KPI targets covering high-end apartment blocks (communal heating systems) and offices.
  • 24-hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 7.
  • 23 days annual leave.
  • This role would suit someone looking for more of a work/life balance. My client is flexible and will take someone on 3/4 days/week.
