Job Information:
- Working on a mobile basis, responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.
- Maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, splits and multi-split systems.
- Delivering excellent customer service to high-end residential apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices and other sites of a commercial nature.
- This is a 40-hour week, suitable for someone looking for a work-life balance.
- Van provided along with tools.
- On call 1 week in 6/7 with standby allowance and overtime rates.

Candidate Information:
- Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on VRV systems, VRF's, splits, AHU's and so on.
- Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
- Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously.
- Good working knowledge/troubleshooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, split systems with the ability to change compressors.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
- Must be looking to progress with a forward-thinking up-and-coming business.
