We're looking for an experienced Ventilation Maintenance Engineer to join our growing commercial building services team. If you specialise in keeping systems running safely, efficiently, and fully compliant, this role will suit you perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial ventilation equipment
- Complete reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of commercial sites
- Service, test, and maintain ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Conduct safety checks, performance assessments, and system inspections
- Produce accurate maintenance reports, service sheets, and compliance documentation
- Work closely with site managers and clients to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Strong experience in commercial ventilation maintenance and mechanical building services
- Ability to diagnose faults quickly and deliver effective repairs
