The predicted salary is between 45000 - 58000 £ per year.
Based from home and working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom maintenance.
You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules and meeting set KPI targets covering high-end apartment blocks (communal heating systems) and offices.
24-hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 7.
23 days annual leave. This role would suit someone looking for more of a work/life balance. My client is flexible and will take someone on 3/4 days/week.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
- Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets.

- Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems.
- Experience of working on HVAC maintenance contracts previously would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
