JOB INFORMATION
- This is an exciting and varied role working within the business development team assisting with the administration of new contracts and onboarding new clients.
- This role will suit someone ambitious as our client is looking to develop this role as the business grows.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, filing, and other general administration duties.
- Updating social media platforms with recent completed works, customer reviews, and so on.
- Sourcing subcontractors, hiring equipment and materials for new contracts.
- Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects or new maintenance contracts being mobilised (training on this will be provided).
- General support of the business development team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients.
- Processing of orders on internal system when required.
