Our client is seeking someone who has a good understanding of social media marketing. The candidate will have a good understanding of the common Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Understand the importance of deadlines and work with the team to help achieve them.

This is an exciting and varied role assisting with the administration of new contracts and onboarding new clients. This role will suit someone ambitious as our client is looking to develop this role as the business grows.

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, filing, and other general administration duties.
  • Updating social media platforms with recent completed works, customer reviews, and so on.
  • Sourcing subcontractors, hire equipment, and materials for new contracts.
  • Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects or new maintenance contracts being mobilised (training on this will be provided).
  • General support of the business development team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients.
  • Processing of orders on internal system when required.
