- Close working relationships with high profile clients meaning long term contracts and security.
- Dedicated to all aspects of maintenance and repair on a wide range of appliances including commercial boilers/burners, mechanical plantrooms, chillers, air conditioning, fire alarms, electrical test and inspection, electrical maintenance.
- Operating a team of both static and mobile engineers across the Southeast.
- Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service working predominantly with sites of a high end nature.
CANDIDATE INFORMATION:
- You must have good customer service skills, be well presented and articulate with the ability to lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
- You will need to be self-motivated, diligent and hardworking with a desire to build the business and team around you.
- Good IT skills would be essential.
- The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electrical compliance/regulations/ppm schedules etc.
- A good understanding of mechanical/heating/plumbing systems and the relevant compliance with demonstrable experience working within a similar role previously.
- Clients are of a commercial nature rather than domestic so commercial site experience is a must.
- The successful candidate will have excellent commercial awareness with demonstrable experience of running contracts of a similar nature.
- You must be trustworthy, ambitious and looking for a long-term career with prospects.
JOB INFORMATION:
- To oversee contract performance of building services clients.
- To identify opportunities to maximise the potential of each contract, nurture the relationships and ensure contract retention.
- To liaise with clients, resolving any queries or issues. Attend monthly contract review meetings to ensure service delivery agreements are being met and contracts are retained.
- Responsible for due-diligence of all sub-contractors employed making sure they meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the company and the client.
- Scheduling and planning of mechanical/electrical maintenance according to contractual agreements.
