As an M&E Mobilisation Manager you will be based at our client's head office in Surrey with site visits in and around Surrey & London.
- Manage the successful delivery of contract mobilisations and implementations
- Work closely with your team to ensure M&E service delivery aligns to tendered solutions
- Develop and update live mobilisation trackers for each contract at task level
- Conduct regular mobilisation update meetings with key clients
- Manage small/medium contract renewals, including re-mobilisation to contract agreements
- Provide support to the operations team during significant periods of growth or transition
- Lead initial communications with recruitment partner over new vacancies
- Assist with engineering recruitment processes, including CV reviews and candidate selection
- Manage our structured induction and onboarding process for new employees
- Manage our M&E engineers' personal development plans, including the team training matrix
- Manage new and existing relationships with specialist supplier partners
CANDIDATE INFORMATION
- Operational experience in building services maintenance (mechanical, electrical or HVAC)
- Background in client-facing engineering or FM environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Highly organised and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
- Confident producing written documentation including tenders, reports and proposals
- Competent using CAFM and CRM systems, alongside Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable supporting mobilisation, recruitment, inductions and supplier coordination
- Commercially aware, with the ability to support pricing and tender development
- Flexible and hands-on, willing to support operations during growth and mobilisation phases
