Job Information:

  • Working on a mobile basis, responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of electrical systems related to commercial boilers and mechanical/heating systems, including plantrooms and BMS.
  • Carry out diagnostics and repair on electrical systems directly connected to mechanical/heating/gas systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to high-end residential apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices, luxury care homes, and other sites of a commercial nature.
  • Overtime is available and plentiful. Van provided along with tools - can be used for personal use.
  • On call 1 week in 9 with standby allowance and overtime rates paid door to door.
