CANDIDATE INFORMATION:
- Recognised industry qualifications in plumbing / heating and gas safe / ACS.
- Good customer service skills, well presented and articulate.
- Flexible with a strong work ethic.
- Experience of working on domestic gas contracts of a high-end nature is advantageous.
- Proven ability in planned maintenance in domestic heating and plumbing systems.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
- Other building experience is advantageous but not essential.
JOB INFORMATION:
- Based from home and working on a mobile basis across the west half of London.
- Responsible for carrying out domestic gas boiler maintenance and some installation along with heating and plumbing planned/response maintenance.
- Working within a small and close-knit team.
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week.
- Van and fuel card provided.
