JOB TITLE: Commercial Heating Electrician / BMS / Controls Engineer
SALARY: £45 – £55k dependent on experience, van/fuel card + overtime, no on call, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
LOCATION: Oxford and surrounding
JOB INFORMATION – Commercial Heating Electrician / BMS / Controls Engineer
- Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service, and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of electrical systems that are related to commercial boilers and mechanical/heating systems, including plantrooms, bms and so on
- As a Commercial Heating Electrician / BMS / Controls Engineer you would carry out diagnostics and repair on electrical systems that are directly connected to mechanical/heating/gas systems systems .
- Covering in and around Oxfordshire and surrounding area you would be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to high end residentials apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices, luxury care homes and other sites of a commercial nature.
- Overtime is available and plentiful.
- Van provided along with tools – can be used for personal use
- On call 1 week in 9 with standby allowance and overtime rates paid door to door

- Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- The ideal candidate will have good trouble shooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on a wide range of electrics that are connected to commercial gas/commercial heating systems/HVAC systems
- Recognised electrical qualifications such as NVQ, C&Gs etc
- As a Commercial Heating Electrician / BMS / Controls Engineer you will have experience of working on a role of a simialr nature previously
- Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range of heating controls, bms systems etc
- Motivated and trustworthy
- Must be looking to progress with a forward thinking up and coming business.
- This role is paid door to door and would someone who is looking for extra hours/overtime
