JOB INFORMATION
- Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances, chillers, cold rooms.
- As an Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, splits and multi-split systems.
- Some installation works on occasion.
- Covering in and around the Northamptonshire area, you would be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to local hospitals, hotels, offices, Northamptonshire police, and other sites of a commercial nature, as well as much larger sites that fall more into industrial.
- Overtime is available and plentiful. There is the ability to work overtime as and when required.
- Van provided along with tools - can be used for personal use. Trade tools are provided and van use as above.
- On call 1 week in 6 with standby allowance and overtime rates paid door to door at overtime rates.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
- Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- The ideal candidate will have good troubleshooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on VRV systems, VRF's, splits, AHU's and so on. Chiller or industrial refrigeration knowledge would also be advantageous.
- Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
- As an air conditioning engineer, you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously.
- Good working knowledge/troubleshooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, split systems etc.
- Motivated and trustworthy.
