- Responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances.
- Maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits and multi-split systems.
- Some installation works on occasion.
- Covering in and around the Manchester area, delivering excellent customer service to a large gym contract, hotels, offices, cinemas, and other commercial sites.
- Overtime is available and plentiful.
- Van provided along with tools - can be used for personal use.
- On call 1 week in 9 with standby allowance and overtime rates paid door to door at overtime rates.
