Job Information:

  • Service & Maintenance of air conditioning / HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as university sites, retail, offices, etc.
  • Responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules.
  • Carry out both annual servicing/PPMs and troubleshooting and reactive maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, splits, AHUs, FCUs.
  • Covering in and around the West Midlands area.
  • Overtime is available and plentiful.
  • Personal use of the van allowed.
  • Private healthcare.
