Job Information:
- Service & Maintenance of air conditioning / HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as university sites, retail, offices, etc.
- Responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules.
- Carry out both annual servicing/PPMs and troubleshooting and reactive maintenance on systems such as VRVs, VRFs, splits, AHUs, FCUs.
- Covering in and around the West Midlands area.
- Overtime is available and plentiful.
- Personal use of the van allowed.
- Private healthcare.
