Charterhouse Lombard Limited is an independent, family owned, licensed fiduciary service provider based in Ramsey in the Isle of Man, providing tailored corporate and trust solutions to clients all over the world. We are looking for a bright, confident, efficient, and energetic individual to join us as a Charitable Donations Team Co-Ordinator/Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the fiduciary administration sector as well as managing busy diaries, arranging travel bookings and meeting itineraries, maintaining records and minutes, along with ad hoc administrative duties including payment input to online banking systems and client contact.

Duties:- Regular off-island travel within British Isles
- Undertake administrative duties relating to charities linked to the Charitable Trust
- Arrange meetings for the Donations Team, including coordinating and booking all travel arrangements and creating itineraries
- Attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up tasks are complete
- Onboard new charities, obtaining outstanding documentation and answering queries
- Key payments and collate supporting paperwork
- Monitor donation agreements and issue reminders
- Assist other areas of the business as required.
- Passport holder with the ability to travel without visa requirements (specifically to Ireland)
- Minimum of 1 year of admin experience within the fiduciary services sector
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and undertake them with minimum supervision
- Bright, confident, and energetic
- Discreet and diplomatic
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft applications; working knowledge of ViewPoint would be advantageous
- Previous fiduciary administration and charitable sector experience
- Arranging business travel and creating itineraries

Annual salary reviews and potential for discretionary bonus at our financial year-end each year. 24 days annual leave per calendar year plus all Isle of Man and UK public holidays plus in-between Christmas and New Year.
