Manage full corporate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, visas, transport) and maintain travel schedules.

Support marketing activities (printing materials, exhibitions, campaigns, stock control of marketing items).

Maintain and organise filing systems and general office administration.

Provide PA support to Marketing Manager, CEO, and Financial Manager (emails, presentations, scheduling, correspondence).

Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.

Coordinate meetings, events, and director workshops (including travel and catering).

Handle client interaction and hospitality (welcoming visitors, arranging catering).

Reconcile company credit card statements (travel and marketing expenses).

Assist with cell phone management (billing, upgrades, distribution, repairs).

Assist with insurance administration (asset tracking, claims, updates).

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be able to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Experience in marketing assistant and Office Assistant role will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
