The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for all compensation, funds, and benefit programs. Develops, implements, and monitors remuneration policies, systems, and procedures, making recommendations to senior management regarding same. Responsible for the preparation of statutory returns relating to tax, social and regulatory obligations to the relevant government departments or local authorities. Prepares and follows HR budget including any collective bargaining agreements.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma related to remuneration/compensation field
- 8 Years' extensive remuneration & benefits experience in a retail and/or agricultural retail related industry of which 5 years as Head of a Remunerations Department.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in employment & compensation, and tax laws
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Pension Fund Administration
- Excellent MS Office and payroll operating systems experience.
- Experience with SAGE 300 operating systems will be an advantage
