Reference: 10198 MLR Consultant: Michelle le Roux Job Description: The role involves the following responsibilities: Design of various components and systems specific for small grain seeders. Development and testing of new concepts and prototypes. Verification of in-field performance during field visits. Manufacturing support in factory. Qualifications and experience: The ideal candidate will have: A N4/N5 Multi-Disciplinary Drawing Office Practice as a minimum requirement, with at least 5-10 years of work experience preferred. Experience in agriculture is a plus. Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS and a flair for design. The ability to step back, study, and understand the bigger picture. Attention to detail, ensuring nothing is left to chance. The ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Self-drive to meet targets. Energetic and positive attitude, with a knack for finding original solutions to complex problems. The ability to take projects from concept to product.
